Flavours Of... is a community recipe and storytelling project celebrating diversity and connection over shared food. The project invites community members to exchange a personal recipe and the story behind it for a sweet treat. The story and recipe are then illustrated by Alisa, and published in a beautiful, location-specific recipe book. The project offers storytelling and recipe writing workshops as part gathering the recipes, and the launch of the book is celebrated with a community feast and storytelling event. Participants each receive a copy of the printed book, and copies of the books are also providede to the local library.
