Alisa's public art practice focuses on community connection, storytelling and vibrant placemaking. She has created murals and public art projects across Victoria, as well as internationally. These include commissions and collaborative works for Merri-bek City Council, the City of Ballarat and Knox City Council. Her work often brings together local communities, students and public spaces through colourful, site-responsive artworks that celebrate identity, creativity and shared experience.

Alisa has also created large scale installation works for a number of project including the Victoria against Violence Campaign 2017, The Wild Within at Sunbury House in London 2018, and the Biophilic Design Awards 2025.
